Recruiter

Diya (50+ employees) is currently seeking to hire Recruitment Specialist for a full-time position for our Zhytomyr office. Remote work possible, however permanent residence in Zhytomyr is required.

The company is actively growing, so there is a need to expand the HR team. You will deal with both technical and non-technical vacancies. The recruiter will work closely with HR and report to the company’s management.

  • Providing a full recruitment cycle — making sure that the job posts are posted on all the job boards used by the Company; Candidates pre-selection and pre-interview; Scheduling the interviews; Approving and sending out the job offers
  • Ensuring effective communication with hiring managers
  • Supporting the team lead`s at all stages of the selection process
  • Conducting reference and background checks on candidates
  • Analysing and optimisation of the recruitment process
  • 1+ year of recruitment experience
  • Understanding of the specifics of the IT market
  • Proficient knowledge of candidate search tools (LinkedIn, social networks, job resources)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, punctual, quick-thinking, creative and proactive
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
