Yesterday, the world celebrated World Pet Day, but sadly, not all pets truly have a home, and the issue of stray pets in Ukraine remains a severe and painful reality. Still, every good change begins with a single caring heart.
Diya tries to do our part: we cover the cost of sterilization ourselves (since 2021, we’ve sterilized over 22 dogs and 7 cats), and we’ve already helped more than 30 dogs find their loving families.
We also have our own small home-style shelter, where 7 sweet dogs currently live, surrounded by warmth, food, care, and love. Many of them came from challenging circumstances, but step by step, with gentle hands and kind words, they are learning what trust and safety feel like.
Every pet deserves protection, care, and a kind human who will never give up on them.
