On November 27, Diya took part in the DigiFLEd Job Fair “Digital Competencies of the Future”, and it was truly a day filled with good conversations, curiosity, and inspiration.
We had the opportunity to meet students from the Scientific and Research Institute of Foreign Philology face-to-face, discuss career paths in IT openly, and encourage them not to be afraid of entering the tech world, even if they don’t start there initially.
One of the highlights was the talk by Veronika Voloshyna, who openly shared her personal growth story from Customer Support Specialist to IT Operations Engineer (L1). Careers might not always be linear — nevertheless, they’re journeys of learning, challenges, and unexpected outcomes.
We are genuinely grateful for the opportunities like this one, building a dialogue between education and industry, and helping young generations discover the best career paths.
