This year, Diya celebrates our sixth year in the IT industry. For the past years, we’ve been helping SMEs all over the world empower their businesses through outstanding technical support. Our work covers a variety of industries, including nonprofits, business services, and information technology.

The Manifest, a B2B company listing platform, recognized our efforts and listed us as a Most Reviewed Managed Service Provider in Ukraine! We received the award due to our resoundingly positive reviews within the last year. 

In 2015, Anatoliy Dobrynskyy and Yuriy Navalkivskiy founded Diya in Zhytomyr, Ukraine. Our company was born with the mission of providing full-service IT solutions to growing companies. Through the years, we mastered delivering remote technical support services and helping companies deliver excellent customer experience.

In 2018, we partnered with a global non-governmental organization based in Arlington, Virginia. They outsourced their IT services to our team, and we serviced their headquarters and field offices. We implemented a ticketing system in resolving issues and responding to requests. Our partnership was a success, and we helped the client streamline their operations!

In 2021, the Manifest recognized our efforts and included us in their list of Most Reviewed Managed Service Providers in Ukraine! The Manifest is a business news website that compiles and analyzes practical business insights for innovators, entrepreneurs, and business managers. They aim to allow users to find experts on the Manifest by producing lists of the absolute best agencies.
