On November 20, our team had the pleasure of visiting Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University as part of Career Week, where we represented Diya and met with students to discuss growth, professional development, and opportunities in the tech industry. The event brought together several members of our team — Head of HR Anna Tkachuk, Recruiter Anna Nehrii, IT Operations Engineer (L1) Anastasiia Siryk, and Coordinator of the Department of Customer Solutions and Design and Content Manager Anna Savyna.
Our session, titled “From Student to Engineer”, focused on practical steps students can take to begin building their careers. During the meeting, Anna Tkachuk shared valuable advice on effective self-presentation, writing a strong CV and motivation letter, and creating a strong LinkedIn profile. She also introduced students to Diya, speaking about the company’s development and achievements over the years. She highlighted that many of our employees are graduates or even current students of Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University — something we’re genuinely proud of.
Anastasiia Siryk continued the conversation with a personal story about her journey at Diya. She spoke about job interview experience, her first days at the company, the support she received from mentors, and how her skills and responsibilities have grown over time.
