Diya emerged in 2015 as an Upwork Agency, dedicated to aiding small businesses and startups in establishing a robust online presence.

Drawing on extensive experience within the enterprise segment from their tenure at one of Ukraine’s largest IT outsourcing firms, Yuriy and Anatoliy transitioned the agency into a fully-fledged company registered in Zhytomyr, Ukraine, in 2018.

Over the years, our company has undergone a transformative journey, expanding both services and expertise.

In 2020, a new organizational structure was implemented, serving as the bedrock for subsequent growth and global outreach.

By 2022, Diya proudly obtained a registered trademark, alongside establishing a company presence in Estonia, enabling seamless service delivery on a global scale.

For those encountering us online for the first time, we extend a warm welcome and invite you to explore our journey.
As a company that values adaptability, our evolution is a testament to our commitment to meeting the dynamic needs of our clients and partners.

At the core of Diya’s mission is the cultivation of enduring
relationships — both with our valued clients and our dedicated staff. It’s a testament to this commitment that the first clients who embarked on the Diya journey in 2015 continue to grow with us, forging an enduring partnership.

In tandem with our business pursuits, Diya actively engages in ongoing volunteer initiatives, giving back to the community that houses our main office. Community

At Diya, we believe in making a positive impact beyond the realms of technology. Since the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022, we have been committed to supporting and uplifting our local community in Oliivka, which comprises 12 villages with a collective population of over 8000 people.

In the face of russian full-scale invasion, we took immediate action by financing an initiative to aid the very first drafted soldiers from our community. Our company provided essential supplies such as bulletproof vests, armor, boots, and clothing, ensuring that every drafted soldier seeking assistance received the support they needed during challenging times.

Recognizing the strain on community resources due to the increased demand for vehicles during the turbulent times, we rallied our clients to contribute. Thanks to their generosity, we were able to provide two much-needed vehicles to the community. This not only addressed the transportation challenges faced by our neighbours but also showcased the power of collaboration during trying times,

Beyond crisis response, our commitment to the community persists. Currently, we are spearheading a groundbreaking project for street lights automation. Our team has developed hardware and software solutions that automate the switching of street lights with versatile scenarios. This not only enhances community safety but also contributes to energy conservation, ultimately reducing community bills
