A Meet-Up with Zhytomyr Polytechnic Students
On April 3rd, as part of the partnership with the Faculty of Information and Computer Technologies, Diya had the pleasure of presenting the company to the first-year students of Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University – a leading educational institution regarding quality education in Computer Science and Information Technology. It is the only university in the region that offers a comprehensive and practice-oriented IT education and is ranked among the best technical universities in Ukraine.
During our visit, we presented our company to students, shared practical insights on how to start a career in IT, and highlighted the opportunities available at Diya for those taking their first steps in the industry. From IT Operations and Support to Cybersecurity and Web Development, we offer multiple personal and professional growth directions.
Our cooperation with the university spans many years, and we are proud to have many of its graduates among our team. This meeting became yet another meaningful chapter in our long-standing partnership – one that goes far beyond recruitment. Diya’s specialists actively engage with the university on multiple levels, from teaching and updating curricula to supporting accreditation processes and creating real employment opportunities for both students and graduates.
The event wrapped up with a lively Q&A, where students asked insightful questions about careers in IT. Diya’s CEO Anatoliy Dobrynskyy and Head of HR Anna Tkachuk provided thoughtful, honest answers that resonated with the audience and sparked genuine interest.
The perfect end to a productive day was our Quiz, where over 60 participants competed in great spirits. Three lucky winners took home prizes from Diya and, hopefully, a few extra sparks of motivation to chase their IT dreams.
