IT Recruiter (Junior)

Diya (70+ employees) is currently seeking to hire Recruitment Specialist for a full-time position for our Zhytomyr office. Remote work possible, however permanent residence in Zhytomyr is required.

The company is actively growing, so there is a need to expand the HR team. You will deal with both technical and non-technical vacancies. The recruiter will work closely with HR and report to the company’s management.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a full recruitment cycle — making sure that the job posts are posted on all the job boards used by the company;
  • Candidates pre-selection and pre-interview;
  • Scheduling the technical interviews;
  • Approving and sending out the job offers;
  • Ensuring effective communication with hiring managers;
  • Analysing and optimisation of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of recruitment experience;
  • Understanding of the specifics of the IT market;
  • Proficient knowledge of candidate search tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, punctual, quick-thinking, creative and proactive;
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies;
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).
