Diya is currently seeking to hire Technical Support Dispatcher for a full-time position at our Zhytomyr office or remotely.

  • Improving customer service and satisfaction.
  • Providing quick responses to users.
  • Efficient turnaround of customer requests.
  • Assigning tasks and tickets to Technical Support Engineers.
  • Any additional or alternative duties that are reasonably consistent with the position as required.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Сlient-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, quick-thinking, creative and proactive.
  • Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).
  • Comfortable work environment, remote work.
  • Fixed work schedule (Mon-Fri, 3 p.m. — 11 p.m.).
